Registered Dental Hygienist: MWF temp

We invite you to join our well-established dental practice as a part-time Registered Dental Hygienist. We are in search of an individual who is personable, friendly, detail-oriented, dependable, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a team environment. Our well-established practice is conveniently located near Regional Hospital in NE San Jose.

This position is temporary through September 2026.

Hours/Days:
Mon and Wed 8:45 am – 6 pm
Fri 7:45 am-5 pm
No weekends.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
prophys, scaling/root planing, perio maintenance
full mouth perio charting with an assistant to record
assess, educate and demonstrate recommended hygiene techniques
take digital xrays
set up/tear down of your room, aid with sterilization
Outstanding communication skills with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
Highly motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented
Experience with Dentrix software is a plus
Solid computer literacy. We use digital notes.

Team player capable of explaining treatments and addressing patient questions
must have active CA RDH license
