Registered Dental Hygienist

We are looking for a Dental Hygienist who is passionate about patient care, relationship-building, and creating an elevated experience from start to finish. This role is about far more than clinical care alone. What You’ll Do
Provide preventive, periodontal, and therapeutic hygiene care with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
Educate patients on oral health, treatment recommendations, and long-term care needs
Build strong patient relationships that encourage trust, loyalty, and long-term retention
Help support treatment acceptance by reinforcing doctor recommendations and helping patients understand the value of care
Deliver a polished, elevated patient experience that feels welcoming, comfortable, and relationship-driven
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Support a productive and efficient hygiene schedule while prioritizing patient care and experience
Collaborate closely with doctors, the treatment plan coordinator, and the clinical team to ensure continuity of care and communication
Communicate with warmth, professionalism, and confidence, even in fast-paced or high-pressure situations
Use technology and systems efficiently to stay organized and proactive
Contribute to practice growth through patient engagement, reappointment, and relationship-building

Background
Licensed Dental Hygienist in Louisiana or ability to obtain licensure required
Experience in cosmetic or restorative dentistry environments is a plus, but not required
Experience with patient education, relationship-driven care, and treatment conversations is highly valued
