Madison Lakes Dental – Madison, WI
Madison Lakes Dental is seeking a Full-Time Experienced Dental Hygienist to join our growing team! We are a busy, modern dental practice located on the vibrant west side of Madison. Our office is fully digital and equipped with the latest technology, allowing us to provide exceptional patient care in a comfortable, team-oriented environment.
We're looking for a hygienist who is passionate about dentistry, enjoys building relationships with patients, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced practice.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is:
Positive, friendly, and team-oriented
Passionate about providing outstanding patient care
Detail-oriented and organized
Comfortable using computers and dental technology
A quick learner with excellent communication skills
Able to multitask in a busy clinical environment
Enthusiastic, dependable, and fun to work with
Qualifications
Current Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license
Minimum of 1 year of clinical dental hygiene experience preferred
Experience with Eaglesoft or similar dental software preferred
Experience taking digital intraoral scans (such as iTero, Prime Scan, or similar scanners) preferred
Comfortable working in a fully digital practice utilizing digital radiography and modern technology
Office Hours
Monday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Every Other Thursday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Compensation
$48.00–$53.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, and attitude.
