About us
Parkway Dental is a privately owned, solo-doctor practice that has cared for Cary families for more than 20 years. Our new owner Cheryl Farris is taking over from the practice's longtime dentist and is committed to keeping what makes this office special: a loyal patient base and a team that enjoys working together.
Most of our team has been here for over 10 years. We're a low-drama, low-stress office where people look out for each other, and it feels like family.

Schedule
Monday: 1:00–7:00 pm
Tuesday: 8:00 am–5:00 pm
Wednesday: 8:00 am–5:00 pm
Thursday: 7:00 am–1:00 pm
No Fridays, no weekends
We're also open to a 3-day work week for the right candidate if the schedule permits.
What you'll do
Provide prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing
Take and review radiographs
Perform periodontal charting and assessments
Educate patients on home care and treatment recommendations
Work with the doctor to deliver thorough, unhurried care
What we're looking for
Active North Carolina dental hygiene license
Current CPR certification
A warm chairside manner and a team-first attitude
Dentrix experience is a plus
Experienced hygienists and new graduates both welcome.
Pay and benefits
$40–$50 per hour, based on experience
W2 Employee
401(k) with an automatic 3% employer contribution, whether or not you contribute yourself
