Registered Dental Hygienist

We are looking for a friendly, skilled, and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our patient-focused dental practice two days per week on Wednesdays and Thursdays. If you enjoy building lasting relationships with patients and providing exceptional preventive care in a supportive team environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Private practice focusing on personal care. No HMO or PPO or Dentical. 1 patient per hour. IntraOral camera available for patient education in every treatment room. All instruments supplied for you.

Wednesdays 8 am to 5pm
Thursdays 7 am to 1pm.

Responsibilities:
Perform routine dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and Scaling and Root Planning procedures (with local anesthesia).

Take digital dental radiographs
Conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Assist in identifying dental conditions and communicate findings to the dentist
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Follow all infection control and sterilization protocols.

Qualifications:
Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of California
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Gentle chairside manner with patients of all ages
Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
Experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply
