Job Description
The team at Okanagan Periodontics located in Kelowna, BC is looking for a passionate, hard-working Registered Dental Hygienist on a permanent part-time basis.
The ideal Registered Dental Hygienist for our team will be highly motivated to educate patients on preventative dental care and oral hygiene, as well as empower them in their commitment to good oral health by developing treatment plans and home care routines tailored towards the patients’ needs. While experience providing periodontal maintenance in a periodontal clinic settig is an asset, we are willing to train the right candidate.
Okanagan Periodontics is a specialty dental practice with a focus on the prevention and management of periodontal diseases and conditions, with expertise in cosmetics, reconstruction, and dental implant surgery. Dr. Steven Faigan, and the Okanagan Periodontics team have been providing state-of-the-art, premium periodontal and implant therapy since 1994.

8 hours per week
Mondays 8am-4pm
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Currently registered or in process of registering with the:
BC College of Oral Health Professionals (BCCOHP)
min 2 year of experience is required
Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
Customer service mindset
