Registered Dental Hygienist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, perform thorough dental cleanings, and support the overall hygiene department. Duties
Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to remove plaque and tartar buildup
Take and develop dental radiographs as needed
Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Dentrix or similar dental software
Manage patient comfort and address any concerns during treatment
Support the dental team with sterilization, infection control, and administrative tasks
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth clinic operations, especially in pediatric and orthodontic cases
Skills
Proficiency in Dentrix or other dental practice management software
Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to dentistry
Previous dental office experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role
Pay: $43.00-$51.00 per hour
