Job Description
Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist
We are a patient-centered, growing dental practice in Oshawa seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist who takes genuine pride in their work and believes that great dentistry starts with trust, education, and human connection.
This role is ideal for a hygienist who values clinical excellence, communicates with confidence and empathy, and enjoys helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and motivated about their oral health.
Schedule
2 weekdays per week
Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
Perform thorough periodontal assessments and comprehensive charting
Take and interpret digital radiographs with accuracy and confidence
Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and personalized hygiene strategies
Create a calm, reassuring experience that builds patient trust and compliance
Accurately review and update medical and dental histories
Maintain high standards of infection prevention and instrument sterilization
What We’re Looking For
Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program
Registered and in good standing with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario
Strong clinical skills with attention to detail and excellence
Clear, warm, and confident communication with patients and team members
A professional who takes ownership of patient care and outcomes
Ability to thrive in a well-organized, fast-paced environment
✨ Experience is an asset, but new graduates with a strong work ethic and passion for patient care are encouraged to apply.
