Registered Dental Hygienist (Part-Time, 1–2 days/week)

At Atlas Dental Studio & Orthodontics in Concord, our hygienist is not here to simply “clean teeth and move on.” You are a trusted clinician, a patient educator, and a key part of helping patients protect their long-term oral health — in a practice that also does Invisalign / ortho in-house.

We believe hygiene should be clinically excellent, relationship-based, and integrated with the rest of the practice. Patients should leave your chair feeling cared for, educated, and motivated — not rushed through a system. That is why we value hygienists who combine clinical skill with warmth, clear communication, and real ownership of the patient experience.

This is a part-time role (1–2 days per week) for someone who wants high-quality days without a full-time grind. You will deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care, help patients understand the “why” behind recommendations, collaborate closely with the doctor, and connect hygiene visits to broader health and treatment goals.

Schedule
Part-time, 1–2 days per week
Monday–Thursday only (not Friday)
Pay
$60–$70 per hour, depending on experience
Requirements
California RDH license required
Fluent Spanish required
In this role you will:
Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal hygiene care
Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and home care
Identify concerns and communicate findings clearly to doctor and patient
Support comprehensive diagnosis with strong clinical observations and documentation
Build long-term patient relationships that increase trust and retention
Contribute to an elevated, efficient, patient-centered hygiene experience
