Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional patient care and promoting oral health. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in educating patients on proper dental hygiene practices while assisting the dentist in various procedures. 2 Saturdays a month 8-230
Responsibilities
Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess oral health.
Apply preventive materials such as sealants and fluoride treatments.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in Abelsoft.
Assist the dentist during procedures by providing necessary tools and support.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the treatment area and dental instruments.
Stay updated with advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies.
Skills
Proficiency with Itero is highly desirable.
Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive patient experience.
Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse patient populations.
Experience in dental assisting or working in a dental office setting is beneficial.
