Dental Hygienist – Join Our Family Dental Practice

We are a patient-focused family dental practice that has been proudly serving the Almaden Valley community for more than 27 years. We are a small, close-knit team that genuinely enjoys getting to know our patients and building long-term relationships with them.
We are looking for a kind, enthusiastic, and team-oriented Dental Hygienist who wants to be part of a practice where patients are treated like family.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
Truly enjoys connecting with patients and making them feel comfortable
Takes pride in providing thorough, gentle, high-quality hygiene care
Enjoys educating patients about oral health and home care rather than simply completing a cleaning
Is a positive, dependable team player
Communicates well with both patients and coworkers
Is comfortable discussing periodontal health and helping patients understand the importance of maintaining their oral health
Values consistency and teamwork in patient care
What You Can Expect From Us
A friendly, supportive, and respectful work environment
A small practice where you are an important part of the team
A loyal, established patient base
A dentist who values communication and teamwork
An opportunity to become part of a practice with deep roots in the Almaden Valley community
Schedule & Compensation
$73–$78 per hour, based on experience
Flexible schedule
Ideal schedule is 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, 1–3 days per week
Opportunity to add additional days beginning in January as the practice grows
If you are a hygienist who enjoys building relationships with patients, educating them about their oral health, and being part of a supportive team, we would love to hear from you.
Please send us your resume and a little about yourself. We look forward to getting to know you!
