Sturgis Smiles Family Dental is an innovative, established practice with a wonderful patient base. We have a warm and welcoming environment; we are a close-knit team of professionals who are committed to providing exceptional care in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We offer competitive compensation of $53-70/hour based on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Dental hygiene including routine prophies to scaling, root planning and polishing teeth
Conduct oral health assessments and develop treatment plans for patients
Take dental x-rays
Assist the dentist during examinations
Provide oral health education and counseling for all patients of the practice
Utilize the intra-oral camera with patients indicating suspicious areas for the doctor to review
Discuss optimal Dental Health with Patient and the importance of cleanings and exams
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Dental impressions and sealants
Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed
Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe working environment
Minimum Requirements:
Current RDH License
Radiograph Certified
CPR Certificate
Continuing Education Credits Maintained
Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills
Ability to work independently and have fun!!

Pay: $53.00 - $70.00 per hour
License/Certification:

Ability to Relocate:
South Dakota: Relocate before starting work (Required)
