Job Title: Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) - Part-Time

Position Overview The ideal candidate is a proactive clinical professional who excels in preventative dental care, patient education, and clinical charting. You will work closely with our dentists and dental assistants to ensure a seamless, comfortable, and highly efficient patient experience from the moment they sit in the chair to their follow-up scheduling.

Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive periodontal screenings, oral cancer examinations, and general health assessments.
Execute preventative dental care, including thorough prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and the application of fluoride and sealants.
Take, develop, and accurately interpret dental radiographs (X-rays).
Educate patients on optimal oral hygiene strategies, post-operative care, and the critical link between oral health and systemic wellness.
Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date patient records and clinical notes within our Eaglesoft software.
Prepare treatment rooms according to strict OSHA and CDC infection control protocols, ensuring all instruments are properly sterilized and ready for use.
Collaborate with the administrative and clinical teams to optimize the daily schedule and ensure smooth patient flow.
Qualifications & Requirements
Current Massachusetts Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Administering Local Anesthesia certification is highly preferred.
Proficiency with digital X-rays and Eaglesoft software.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with patients.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to clinical excellence and patient safety.
New graduates and experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply.
