Job Title: Registered Dental Hygienist (Confidential Private Practice) Location: South Bay Area, CA (Exact location disclosed upon interview) Job Type: [Part-time]
About the Role: We are a modern, patient-centered, fee-for-service dental practice seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. We believe in providing an exceptional standard of care, which is why we do not rush our appointments. Our hygienists are given the time they need to truly educate patients, build lasting relationships, and deliver thorough, high-quality preventative care in a relaxed environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and personalized periodontal therapy.
Conduct thorough oral cancer screenings and take high-quality digital radiographs.
Educate patients on optimal oral health practices and co-diagnose with the doctor.
Maintain meticulous sterilization and infection control protocols.
Accurately chart patient records and treatment plans.
Qualifications:
Valid California RDH License.
Current CPR Certification.
Exceptional communication skills and a gentle chairside manner.
Experience in a fee-for-service or out-of-network environment is a plus, but not required.
Pay: $68.00 - $75.00 per hour
