The role
We’re looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist to join us two days a week — Tuesdays and
Wednesdays. You’ll be a core part of our small clinical team, working directly alongside the doctor.

Day to day, you’ll:
Perform adult and pediatric prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance
Complete scaling & root planing (SRP)
Take and interpret digital radiographs
Complete periodontal charting and thorough patient assessments
Coach patients on their oral health and home care
Partner closely with the doctor on treatment planning
What we’re looking for
Active Connecticut RDH license (or licensed by your start date)
A genuinely warm, patient-first chairside manner
Strong clinical fundamentals and attention to detail
A team-first attitude and comfort in a small, close-knit office
A plus (not required): local anesthesia / nitrous certification, or periodontal experience
