Job Description
We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our award-winning, doctor-owned practice in Center City Philadelphia. Our office prides itself on delivering high-quality clinical care in a warm, supportive, and patient-centered environment.
We are seeking someone who is excited about building a long-term career with our team. Ideal candidates are personable, dependable, clinically skilled, and enjoy collaborating closely with both patients and coworkers in a positive, low-drama environment.
Our patient base values comprehensive care, long-term relationships, and modern dentistry. We believe excellent hygiene care requires time, support, and trust — not rushing patients through appointments.
What Makes Our Office Different
90-minute new patient appointments
45–60 minute recall appointments
Modern, fully digital office: ( i.e. iTero, CBCT, intraoral cameras, DEXIS)
Strong doctor-hygienist collaboration
Comprehensive, high-quality dentistry
Supportive team culture with long-term staff members
No weekends
Flexible scheduling options
Hygiene Responsibilities Include
Comprehensive periodontal evaluation and charting
Digital radiographs and intraoral photography
Patient education and periodontal health discussions
Collaboration with doctors regarding comprehensive treatment needs
Maintaining a high standard of patient care and communication
Use of loupes and light encouraged
Compensation & Benefits
