Licata Dental is a privately owned, doctor-led dental practice in Chesterfield looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist who takes pride in clinical care, enjoys building genuine relationships with patients, and wants to work in an environment where quality matters more than volume.

After more than three decades of serving the Chesterfield community, Dr. Faye Licata continues to personally provide care alongside a small, experienced team. We are not a DSO, and we do not operate with corporate production quotas or rotating doctors.

What makes this position different?
$55–$60/hour, based upon experience and clinical skills
1-3 days per week — we're open to finding the right schedule

Currently licensed to practice dental hygiene in Missouri
Clinically confident and conscientious
Dependable and committed to showing up for patients and teammates
Comfortable discussing periodontal health and preventive care
A strong communicator who enjoys developing long-term patient relationships
Professional, warm and team-oriented
Looking for a long-term dental home, rather than simply another job
Experience is valued, but attitude, reliability and patient-centered care matter just as much.
