Registered Dental Hygienist – Private Practice | Lakewood, WA

Quality Dentistry is seeking one Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established private practice in Lakewood, Washington.

We believe great hygiene care comes from giving clinicians the time, support, and resources they need to build relationships with patients and provide excellent care. Our hygiene department is an important part of our practice, and we are looking for someone who wants to contribute to a collaborative team while continuing to grow professionally.

Responsibilities
As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you will:
Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene services within the scope of Washington State licensure
Perform periodontal assessments and maintenance
Obtain necessary dental radiographs
Educate patients about oral health, prevention, and recommended care
Document clinical findings and treatment accurately
Collaborate with our doctors and clinical team to provide coordinated patient care
Follow established infection-control and safety protocols
Help create a positive and comfortable experience for our patients
Qualifications
Current Washington State Dental Hygienist license
Strong patient communication skills
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dental team
Interest in continued professional development
Experienced hygienists and newer graduates are encouraged to apply.
