Hello!
We are a non-corporate office with a few young, female doctors looking for a fun, enthusiastic, and caring hygienist to help us give our patients the best care.
*New Graduates welcomed*
You will be treated like a clinician, we love co-diagnosis with us as doctors, and educating our patients. We are willing to teach and train, help find opportunities for CE, or provide CE for you. Pay is a base range with monthly bonus opportunity.
The Location and specifics:
Desert Ridge (Right across from the marketplace) Tatum and 101 + Scottsdale (Shea and 101)
We use Open Dental software
Latest in Lasers, iTero Scanning, Digital Radiographs + Computer Technology (please be ready to adapt to new technology, or have experience with this)

Our working days are Monday-Friday with every other Monday and Friday off. (you have two 4-day weekends a month).
1 hour per recall patient, 1.5 hours for New Patients
We are adding hygienists to our team as we have a second location. Our current RDHs have been with us for anywhere from 1-5 years each!
Hours are:
Mondays 9-5 (every other M)
Tuesday 9-6
Wednesdays 9-4
Thursdays 8-4
Fridays 8-3 (every other F)

Some more specifics we are looking for in our Hygienist :
· · X-ray and anesthesia certification
· · Great patient communication skills and is comfortable discussing treatment with patients prior to the doctor exam
· · Enjoys dentistry and loves to educate/help patients improve their home care
· · Team player
You may be asked to travel between the two offices at Desert Ridge and Scottsdale

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
