Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist
Mondays & Wednesdays | Potential to Grow into Full-Time
Cameron Village Dentistry is looking for an exceptional Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team in Raleigh, NC.

This is currently a part-time position for Mondays and Wednesdays, with the potential to transition into a full-time role as our practice continues to grow.

We are an established, privately owned dental practice with a strong focus on comprehensive, integrative dentistry. We believe dentistry should be about more than treating teeth. Our goal is to understand the bigger picture, educate our patients, identify root causes, and help people improve both their oral and overall health.

We are looking for a hygienist who:
Creates genuine connections with patients and makes them feel heard and cared for
Is confident educating patients about their oral health and treatment needs
Understands the importance of periodontal health and comprehensive diagnosis
Is curious and excited to learn about the connection between oral and systemic health

Experience with airway and sleep dentistry, salivary testing, oral-systemic health, or integrative dentistry is a plus, but not required. We are happy to teach someone who is eager to learn.

Our hygienists play an important role in identifying disease, educating patients, building trust, and helping patients understand opportunities to improve their health.

Schedule:
Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
This position is initially two days per week. There is an opportunity for this role to grow into a full-time position for the right person as the practice grows.

Qualifications
Current North Carolina Dental Hygiene license
Current CPR certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong periodontal assessment and clinical skills
Ability to work collaboratively with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and the administrative team
Commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience
