Registered Dental Hygienist — Celebrate Smile Dental
Fairborn, OH · 4 days/week (Tue–Fri) · ~32 hrs · On-site · $50–$55/hr DOE (≈ $83K–$92K/yr at this schedule)
We're a growing general dental practice in Fairborn looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist who wants great patients, a real recall program, and a four-day week.
You'll run a clean, patient-first hygiene column Tuesday through Friday. No Monday hygiene — your week starts Tuesday and you get a true three-day weekend, every week. You'll own your recall patients, do thorough perio care, and work alongside a doctor and team that actually want you to take the time to do it right.

What you'll actually do
Run your hygiene column Tuesday–Friday: prophy, perio maintenance, and SRP, with thorough periodontal assessment on every patient.
Take and review digital radiographs and update charting in Open Dental.
Partner with the doctor on findings, treatment planning, and patient education — you're a second set of trusted clinical eyes.
Educate patients on their home care and why it matters, in plain, warm language — no fear, no lecturing.
Help us keep patients on schedule and healthy through a production-oriented recall program you'll help drive.
What we're looking for
Required
Current, active Ohio RDH license in good standing.
Solid periodontal assessment and instrumentation skills; comfortable with perio maintenance and SRP.
Warm chairside manner and dependable attendance. Our patients and our team count on you being here.
Preferred
Comfortable in a busy recall program.
Open Dental experience.
Experience in a busy general/restorative practice.
As the practice grows we may add an assisted (two-chair) hygiene model; openness to that down the road is a plus.
How the pay works (the honest version)
$50–$55/hr, depending on experience, paid reliably twice a month by direct deposit.
At this 4-day, ~32-hour schedule that's roughly $83,000–$91,500 a year — strong money for a four-day week.
Where you land in the range depends on your experience, perio skill set, and your working interview — not a guess over the phone.
