We are looking for a caring, motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who loves building patient relationships and thrives in a team-focused environment that values autonomy, collaboration, and professional respect.

What We’re Looking For:
Active Ohio Dental Hygiene license (required)
Excellent communication and chairside manner
Reliable team player with a strong work ethic
2+ years experience preferred but new grads encouraged to apply
A hygienist who values autonomy and professional respect, working as a partner in care alongside the doctor
Someone passionate about co-diagnosis, patient education, and empowering patients to take ownership of their health
A provider who takes pride in collaboration and sees themselves as a key counterpart in delivering comprehensive care
Schedule:
Full-Time: Mon–Thu, 8:45 a.m. huddle, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. seeing patients
Part-Time: 2-3 days/week
