Orcutt Family Dentistry is an employee-owned dental practice (not a DSO, corporate, or private equity) seeking a caring, dependable Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. In addition to competitive pay and traditional benefits, all employees participate in our Employee Stock Ownership Plan, or ESOP.

The ESOP is a company-funded retirement benefit. You do not contribute any money to receive your ESOP shares. Employees become fully vested after six years. Based on current projections and plan performance, a team member who remains with the organization for 10+ years can accumulate a very significant amount of retirement benefits, typically much more than you would receive investing on your own through a typical investment vehicle like a 401K or an IRA.

What We Are Looking For
Active California Registered Dental Hygienist license
Current CPR or BLS certification
Strong periodontal assessment and clinical skills
A gentle and compassionate approach to patient care
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Dependability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
A team member who values long-term patient relationships

Schedule
This is a full-time position. Employees working at least 32 hours per week are eligible for full-time benefits.
