We are seeking an experienced, polished, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who is passionate about clinical excellence, relationship-building, and delivering a luxury-level patient experience.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Current California RDH license in good standing
Minimum 5 years of clinical hygiene experience
Experience in both PPO and Fee-for-Service practices
Strong periodontal assessment and treatment skills
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Experience working with high-expectation patients and delivering concierge-level service
Professional appearance and demeanor
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care
Perform periodontal charting, assessments, and maintenance therapy
Take diagnostic radiographs

Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records
Deliver a seamless, elevated patient experience from start to finish
