Welly Dental Studio | Brandon, FL
Part-Time | Wednesday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
$40-$50 per hour

We're a growing boutique dental practice in Brandon, Florida focused on providing a more personalized, comfortable, and relationship-driven experience for our patients. We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Registered Dental Hygienist who is excited to become part of a practice that is building something special from the ground up.
Schedule
- Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Compensation
- $42-$50 per hour based on experience, skills, and fit
- Opportunity for future growth as the practice expands
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional preventive and periodontal hygiene care
- Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments
- Take diagnostic radiographs
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment recommendations
- Collaborate closely with the doctor and team to deliver an outstanding patient experience
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Support a positive, patient-centered office culture
What We're Looking For
- Active Florida Registered Dental Hygienist license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Attention to detail and commitment to clinical excellence
- Experience with digital dentistry and modern technology preferred
- Comfortable discussing treatment needs and helping patients understand their options
