Position: Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Every Other Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Position Overview
Seeking a compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to provide preventive and periodontal dental care in a community-based healthcare setting. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient education, preventive dentistry, and delivering high-quality oral healthcare to diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive oral health assessments
Review medical histories and obtain dental radiographs
Perform prophylaxis cleanings, scaling and root planing, polishing, and periodontal treatments
Apply sealants and administer localized antibiotics
Assist with local anesthesia procedures
Educate patients on oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventive dental care
Collaborate with dentists to develop individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate documentation using Dentrix/EHR systems
Follow HIPAA, infection control, and OSHA standards
Maintain dental instruments and operatory equipment
Requirements
Active Ohio Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) License
Associate Degree or Diploma in Dental Hygiene
Current CPR Certification
State-required Radiography and Local Anesthesia certifications
Dentrix experience preferred
EHR experience preferred
Strong knowledge of HIPAA and infection control practices
Excellent patient communication and education skills
