The Role: Clinician Over Cleaner
We are looking for a highly motivated Registered Dental Hygienist who is constantly looking to improve their trade. If you are content doing the bare minimum and just going through the motions of routine cleanings, this is not the office for you.
We have a well-established, robust perio program. We currently utilize cutting-edge saliva testing to diagnose and treat periodontitis, and we will be implementing laser treatments within the next 6 months. We need an adaptable, eager-to-learn professional who is excited to train on new technologies and elevate their clinical skills.
What You Will Do
Deliver Top-Tier Clinical Care: Go beyond routine prophylaxis; actively manage, treat, and educate patients through our established perio programs.
Utilize Advanced Diagnostics: Use saliva testing and modern tech to create targeted, individualized treatment plans.
Innovate & Learn: Train on and implement upcoming laser treatments (training provided within the next 6 months).
Build Lasting Relationships: Outstanding bedside manner is an absolute MUST. You need to genuinely care for your patients and know how to build deep, trusting rapport.
Collaborate Seamlessly: Communicate effectively and positively with the dentist, dental assistants, and front office staff. We are a unified team.
What We Are Looking For
Active RDH License in the state of IL.
Availability: We can accommodate your schedule as long as you can work Fridays! We are open to hiring for just Friday; Thursday & Friday; or Monday, Thursday, & Friday.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning and handling modern dental technology and software.
