Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our compassionate dental team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care and promote oral health education. This role offers an opportunity to work in a friendly environment where patient comfort and quality care are prioritized. The RDH will collaborate closely with dentists and dental assistants to ensure comprehensive treatment and positive patient experiences.
Duties
Perform professional dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to remove plaque and tartar buildup
Take and develop dental radiographs as needed, ensuring patient safety and comfort
Provide oral health education tailored to individual patient needs, including proper brushing and flossing techniques
Assist in the development of personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the dentist
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using dental management software
Support patients through their appointments by addressing questions and alleviating concerns
Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed to maintain a sterile environment
Qualifications
Valid state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Prior experience working in a dental office setting
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of infection control and safety protocols
Pay: $55.00-$65.00 per hour
