Registered Dental Hygienist - RDH

Responsibilities:
Customary chair-side hygiene procedures; scaling and root planning, fluoride treatments, sealants, anesthesia deliver, and charting in Dentrix
Proficient in digital imaging including fmx series and iTero scans
Laser competency
Itero experience preferred
Knowledge of hygiene protocol and products and commitment to following them
Consistently educate and encourage patients about their oral health & coordinate tx
Committed to living out WDG core values and mission
Qualifications:
Licensed in the state of CA required
HIPAA compliant
Professional and compassionate demeanor when interacting with patients
Personal accountability, ethical, and high level of attention to detail required
Ability to multitask and make informed decisions accurately and quickly
Experience working in a multiple dentist, multiple hygienist and/or busy dental office preferred
Committed to delivering exceptional care
Strict adherence to sanitation requirements for tools and procedures
Positive & professional attitude, humble, accountable, and teachable
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $89,440.00 - $104,000.00 per year
