Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Full-Time

Ankeny Dental Associates is an established, privately owned family practice on Ankeny’s north side. Led by three full-time dentists and a tight-knit, supportive team, we prioritize exceptional patient care in a welcoming, non-rushed environment. Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive hygiene care and routine prophylaxis following standard protocols
Perform thorough periodontal evaluations, scaling, and root planing
Take digital radiographs and maintain detailed, accurate electronic patient records
Educate patients on home care routines and long-term oral health wellness
Deliver an outstanding, compassionate, and patient-centered experience
Qualifications
Active Iowa Dental Hygiene License (Required)
Current CPR Certification (Required)
Experience with Eaglesoft practice management software is a plus (we are happy to train!)
