What We’re Looking For
Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in North Carolina
Certified to deliver local anesthesia (or willing to become certified)
Experience with Open Dental is a plus, but not required
Team-oriented mindset
Strong commitment to excellent patient care
New grads welcome!

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including assessments and preventive treatment
Perform cleanings and periodontal maintenance
Educate patients on oral health and hygiene habits
Administer local anesthesia safely and confidently
Maintain accurate clinical records and HIPAA-compliant documentation
Utilize dental software such as Open Dental for patient management and scheduling
Work closely with doctors and team members to deliver an outstanding patient experience
