Job Description
Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Grow Beyond Hygiene
City Dental Care is looking for an enthusiastic Registered Dental Hygienist who wants more than a traditional hygiene role.
If you’re interested in expanding your skills and learning every aspect of running a successful dental practice, we’d love to meet you. We provide hands-on training at no cost and will cross-train you in multiple areas of the office, giving you valuable experience beyond clinical hygiene.
Compensation
Starting at $550 per day
Full-time or part-time opportunities available
Opportunities for growth and increased compensation based on performance
What You’ll Do
Provide exceptional hygiene care and patient education
Build strong relationships with patients
Work closely with doctors and the team to create an outstanding patient experience
Complimentary Cross-Training Includes
Treatment coordinating
Insurance verification and eligibility
Dental charting
Scheduling
Patient communication
Front office operations
Financial arrangements
Case presentation
Recall and reactivation
Practice management and daily operations
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop skills that can lead to leadership or management roles in the future.
What We’re Looking For
Current California RDH license
Spanish bilingual is ideal
Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Excellent communication skills
Eager to learn and grow
Reliable and professional
Experience with Dentrix Ascend is a plus, but not required
