Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Long-Term Temporary / Potential Permanent

Town Square Family Dentistry is a private PPO/FFS dental practice in Garden Grove looking for a friendly, dependable Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team.

We practice relationship-based dentistry, with an emphasis on trust, communication, continuity of care, and treating patients as individuals rather than simply moving them through the schedule.

This is a long-term temporary position with the possibility of becoming a permanent part-time position if it is a good mutual fit. We are looking for someone who provides thorough, patient-centered care and enjoys building lasting relationships with patients in a small private-practice environment.

Schedule: Tuesday 9-6 for now.

Responsibilities
Adult and pediatric preventive care/prophylaxis
Periodontal maintenance
Scaling and root planing
Periodontal charting
Digital radiographs as needed
Fluoride treatment
Oral hygiene instruction and patient education
Communicating periodontal and clinical findings with the dentist
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications
Active California RDH license
Current CPR certification
Dependable and professional
Strong communication and patient-care skills
Comfortable treating both adults and children
Dentrix experience preferred, but not required
Strong periodontal assessment and instrumentation skills preferred
