Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) | Modern Private Practice | $58–$63/hr
Pay: $58.00–$63.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-time (2–3 days/week) with the opportunity for additional days as our practice grows
Anticipated Start Date: Late 2026 (flexible for the right candidate)

Sparrow Dental is a modern, privately owned dental practice in Sherwood, Oregon, and we're looking for a caring, motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team.
We're planning ahead for a scheduled team transition later this year with an out of state move, and are excited to find the right person to become part of our team. We are looking for someone who will help us continue providing outstanding care to our patients for years to come.

60-minute adult recall appointments
90-minute comprehensive new patient appointments
Digital radiographs
Intraoral cameras for patient education
Large wall- and ceiling-mounted TVs for patient comfort and education
Modern equipment and technology
A doctor who values patient education, quality care, and teamwork over rushing through the schedule

What You'll Do
As our hygienist, you'll have the opportunity to:
Build lasting relationships with patients through exceptional preventive care
Perform periodontal assessments and preventive treatment
Educate patients on oral health and treatment recommendations
Take digital radiographs and intraoral photographs
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate closely with the doctor and team to provide an outstanding patient experience
Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment

Occasional Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
