Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our vibrant dental team! Responsibilities
Perform adult and pediatric prophylaxis
Perform scaling and root planing (SRP)
Provide periodontal maintenance
Complete periodontal charting and oral health assessments
Take digital X-rays as needed
Review patients' medical and dental histories
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Identify periodontal conditions and communicate findings with the dentist
Apply fluoride and other preventive treatments as indicated
Maintain accurate and complete clinical notes
Follow OSHA, infection-control, and sterilization protocols
Maintain a clean and properly stocked hygiene operatory
Work closely with doctors and assistants to provide an excellent patient experience
Qualifications
Active New Jersey Dental Hygienist license required
Current CPR/BLS certification
New Jersey radiology credentials as required
Strong periodontal and clinical hygiene skills
Excellent communication and patient-education skills
Professional, dependable, and punctual
Comfortable working with digital X-rays and dental practice-management software
Denticon experience is a plus
Previous private-practice experience preferred, but qualified new graduates are welcome to apply

We want a hygienist who is patient-focused, gentle, efficient, and thorough. The ideal candidate is comfortable educating patients about periodontal disease and recommended treatment while maintaining a positive and professional patient experience.

Compensation
$55–$60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
