Job Description
We are a boutique, privately owned dental office in Mountain View looking for a caring and personable Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team.
We are a small, patient-focused practice where we know our patients personally and truly treat them like family members. We believe in providing high-quality, personalized care in a comfortable and relaxed environment. We value long-term relationships with our patients and our team.
A Different Kind of Dental Practice
We are a fully digital dental office with modern technology and a strong commitment to providing excellent patient care.
Our hygienists have the time to:
Provide thorough, high-quality hygiene care
Listen to patients and address their concerns
Perform a comprehensive assessment
Educate patients about their oral and periodontal health
Build genuine, long-term relationships with patients
If you enjoy practicing hygiene the way it should be practiced—with quality, personal attention, and enough time to care for each patient properly—you may be a great fit for our office.
Flexible Schedule
We are currently looking for a part-time hygienist who is available for one, two, or all three days:
Monday
Tuesday
Wednesday
From 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with one hour lunch break from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm
We are happy to work with the right candidate's availability.
What We're Looking For
Current California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
Current CPR/BLS certification
Excellent clinical and communication skills
Warm, friendly, and caring personality
Reliable and professional
Team-oriented and willing to work in a close-knit private practice
Someone who genuinely enjoys taking care of patients
Someone who takes pride in providing excellent clinical care
Experienced hygienists are welcome, and enthusiastic new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Why Join Our Practice?
We are a small, privately owned boutique practice where:
Patients are treated like family.
Quality comes before quantity.
