Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive preventive dental hygiene care to patients
Perform dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, and related hygiene procedures
Take and review dental X-rays as permitted by state regulations and practice protocols
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care
Maintain accurate and timely patient records
Communicate effectively with dentists and other members of the clinical team
Create a comfortable and welcoming experience for every patient
Follow all applicable clinical, safety, and infection-control standards
Qualifications
Active North Carolina Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
Current CPR certification
Strong clinical and communication skills
Warm, professional, and patient-focused chairside manner
Ability to work effectively as part of a dental team
New graduates are welcome to apply
Preferred Qualifications
Local anesthesia certification is a plus, but not required
Previous dental hygiene experience is preferred but not mandatory for qualified new graduates
