Job Overview
Jackson Family Dentistry is hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our established, patient-focused private practice in Downers Grove.

We are a single-doctor office with a strong reputation, modern technology, and a team that works well together. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who values quality care, consistency, and a positive work environment.

Schedule (Consistent & Predictable)
Monday & Tuesday: 6:45 AM – 5:00 PM (First patient at 7:30 am)
Thursday: 8:45 AM – 7:00 PM (First patient at 9:30 am)
One Saturday per month: 6:45 AM – 1:30 PM (First patient at 7:30 am)
60-minute recall appointments - no double-booking, no rushing your patients

An active Illinois Registered Dental Hygienist license in good standing

Responsibilities
Provide preventive and periodontal dental hygiene care
Perform scaling and root planing
Take digital X-rays (FMX, bitewings, panoramic)
Capture intraoral photos
Educate patients on oral health and treatment
Use iTero scanner for Invisalign and other cases
Assist with CBCT imaging (Carestream)
Maintain accurate records in Eaglesoft
Support efficient patient flow in a fast-paced setting
Requirements
Active Illinois Registered Dental Hygienist license
Current CPR certification
Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
Dental loupes with light
Strong communication and patient care skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Eaglesoft and Dexis
Familiarity with iTero scanning
Experience with CBCT imaging (Carestream or similar)
Ability to work efficiently in a busy practice
