Job Summary
Shoreline Smiles is a doctor-owned private dental practice in Holland, MI. We're seeking a skilled, personable RDH to join our team part-time, with strong potential to grow into full-time. Guaranteed schedule: Monday (full day) and Thursday (half day) every week, plus as-needed shifts. We value consistency, clinical excellence, and a great team culture.
Job Duties
Perform hygiene exams, periodontal assessments, and oral cancer screenings
Provide prophylaxis, scaling and root planing
Capture and review dental radiographs per protocol
Document patient records accurately
Educate patients on hygiene and treatment plans
Partner with the dentist on treatment planning
Maintain OSHA, infection control, and HIPAA compliance
Benefits

Active Michigan RDH license
CPR/BLS certification
Radiography certification
