Whole-Child Care in a Supportive Environment
We're looking to add a hygienist dedicated to exceptional patient care and continual personal growth to our privately owned growing pediatric dental office. We are airway-focused, led by Ohio's only Breathe Ops Affiliate of The Breathe Institute, so we go beyond dental cleanings and exams to consider the connections between oral health and a child's overall health, growth, and development. We work together as a team to ensure our patients feel supported and heard, and we never stop learning. * Recent RDH graduates welcome to apply! No airway-focused care experience required.*
Enjoy Excellent Support:
Our dental assistants are specially trained to assist our hygienists, and we have a dedicated sterilization technician. You'll have the support you need to focus on caring for and educating patients.
Our ideal hygienist:
Has an active RDH Ohio license in good standing
Loves children and communicates well with both them and their parents
Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills, wanting to go above and beyond to ensure our patients have the best experience possible
Enjoys being a team player and leading by example
Wants to learn and grow for years to come with us
* Experience in pediatric dentistry and/or airway-focused dentistry a plus, but not required. *
