Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Private Practice

Midtowne Dentistry and Sleep is growing, and we’re looking for the right hygienist to join our team. We’re a small, privately owned dental practice looking to add a registered dental hygienist (1–3 days/week to start), with the opportunity to grow into a full-time, long-term role (up to 4 days/week) over time. This is a great fit for someone who wants to find the right office and is open to building into something more consistent if it feels like a good match.

Position details
1–3 days/week to start
Opportunity to grow into a consistent 3–4 day/week role
Open to starting with regular temp/sub days to ensure it’s the right fit for both sides before transitioning into a permanent schedule
No Fridays, No evenings, No weekends!

Mon/Tues/Wed 8-5, and done for the week at 2pm on Thursdays!

Open to higher compensation for right fit
Responsibilities
Provide preventive and periodontal care (prophy, SRP, perio maintenance)
Take digital radiographs and assist with diagnostics
Educate patients on oral health and treatment needs
Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in Open Dental
Support a smooth, on-time schedule and positive patient experience
