Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) — Smile 360 | Austin, TX

Smile 360 is a modern, patient-first general, cosmetic, and airway-focused practice in Central South Austin—and we’re looking for an exceptional hygienist to join our team.

Our patients travel from all over the country because of the way we approach care: we look beyond teeth. We believe the mouth is deeply connected to the rest of the body—especially breathing, sleep, and long-term health—and our hygienists play a key role in that bigger picture.

You’ll help patients understand things like airway health, nasal breathing, and how oral conditions connect to systemic wellness.

We are a fee-for-service practice, which means:

Detail-oriented and clinically strong
Curious and open to learning (especially around airway and whole-body health)
