Job Description
REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST (RDH) – SPRING, TX
$50–$58/hr | Private Practice
The Dentists on Rayford is a well-established private practice in Spring, TX. We are an out-of-network practice focused on quality care rather than insurance-driven dentistry, allowing us to provide a more personalized experience for our patients and team.
Our hygiene schedule is currently booked through January 2027, and we are adding an additional hygienist to help meet patient demand and improve appointment availability for our patients.
We are looking for a dependable, clinically strong hygienist who values teamwork, excellent patient care, and long-term relationships with patients.
What We Offer:
$50–$58 per hour
Consistent schedule with full-time hours (approximately 30 hours/week)
Four-day work week
Paid holidays
Flexible time off
CE allowance, license renewal, and CPR paid
