Job Description

Join a People‑First, Airway‑Focused Pediatric & Family Practice
About Us
We’re a growing pediatric and airway focused practice in Spokane Valley with a simple mission: Help patients breathe, sleep, speak, feed, and thrive by caring for the mouth, airway and the whole body — while creating a dental experience people genuinely love. Our office is a place filled with fun, positivity, and genuine connection. We put people first in everything we do, building strong relationships with our patients, their families, and each other.

We are committed to creating a practice that inspires raving fans. Our culture is rooted in joy, playfulness, and meaningful moments that make dentistry something children look forward to. We are here to make an impact and change the way people view going to the dentist.

Our culture is built on kindness, teamwork, personalized excellence, and joy. We believe in longer appointments, deeper relationships, and whole‑health dentistry. If you love connecting with families, collaborating with a supportive team, and practicing at the top of your game, you’ll feel right at home here.

What Makes This Role Special
Flexible part‑time schedule (choose your days — no evenings or weekends)
You are an educator first and foremost; your main responsibility is educating patients and their guardians on how to prevent oral disease.

Our hygienists do not seat patients or enter chart notes.

Our hygienists provide local anesthetic for children and adults, place restorations for children patients and preform calculus check and any necessary debridement for children patients, as needed.

You will work with our dentist who values your clinical judgment and treats you as a partner.

Our practice pride ourselves in maintaining a calm, positive, relationship‑centered environment.

We offer opportunities to learn about airway dentistry, myofunctional therapy, and laser techniques.

This is the perfect role for a hygienist who wants meaningful work without burnout.

Your Role
As our hygienist, you will:
Provide exceptional preventive education and care
Build trusting relationships with children, adults, parents, and families
Educate patients on oral health, and eventually, airway, breathing, and whole‑body wellness – with provided training
Collaborate closely with our dentist and assistants
Help create a joyful, safe, inclusive environment for every patient
Support smooth daily flow with a team‑first mindset
If you love connecting with people and making dentistry a positive experience, you’ll thrive here.

Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive, thoughtfully designed package that respects your expertise:
$60–$72/hr depending on experience
Paid clinical time (notes, huddles, sterilization, meetings)
5-6-hour shifts
Uniforms provided
Retirement plan with match
PTO after 90 days
Free preventive care + family discounts
Optional training in airway dentistry, myofunctional therapy, and therapy laser certification
If you want to refine or expand any part of this package, tap: compensation package.

Who You Are
You’re a hygienist who is:
Positive, energetic and likes children
Skilled, experienced, and confident in your clinical abilities
A strong communicator
A team player who loves collaboration
Curious, growth‑oriented, and excited to learn
Looking for a part‑time role with purpose
If you value relationships and want to make a difference, you’ll love our practice.
