Registered Dental Hygienist

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling, root planing, and periodontal maintenance
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including reviewing medical history and current oral conditions
Educate patients on oral hygiene, whole-body health, and disease prevention
Take digital X-rays, panoramic, and CBCT images while following proper protocols
Assist in co-diagnosis and communicate findings clearly with doctors and patients
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical notes in Open Dental
Ensure compliance with infection control, sterilization, and safety standards
Keep your schedule productive, efficient, and on time
Build strong patient relationships and encourage reappointment and long-term care
Support a smooth, team-oriented workflow throughout the office
Requirements
Active Registered Dental Hygienist license (Texas)
1–5 years of experience in general dentistry preferred
Familiarity with Open Dental software is a plus
Strong knowledge of periodontal care, infection control, and clinical protocols
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
Willingness to grow in a modern, high-tech, holistic practice
