The Cusp Difference
A New Kind of Practice: No cold, sterile office. Patients start in our warm, library-style consultation room.
You'll Embrace the Tech: We use 3D imaging, intraoral scanning, and smile simulations with every patient, so they can actually see what's going on. We want someone excited to scan every patient — not resistant to it. (iTero experience is a plus.)
Real Growth, Real Reward: We invest in you — training, CE, and a pay structure that rewards you more as you produce more. Your base is guaranteed; your bonus is yours to build.
Requirements
We care more about your work ethic, attitude, and hunger to learn than years of experience. New grads are genuinely welcome — we'll train the right person completely.
Active Texas RDH license.
Fast, thorough and clean. Clinical excellence is expected.
Genuinely excited to scan every patient and help them understand their health.
Naturally warm and easy to talk to. An active listener.
A real interest in cosmetic dentistry — veneers, Invisalign, & whitening.
You take perio seriously as well as malocclusion and cosmetic concerns.
Compensation & Benefits
Base: $45/hour, guaranteed.
Production bonus: Once you're ramped, you earn a share of your production above a weekly goal — the more you produce, the more you take home. We'll show you the math in the interview. Total earnings grow to $90,000+.
Schedule: Full-time, Tuesday–Friday. 8:30-5:30
90-day trial period — the first 90 days are about making sure we're a fit, both ways.
