Fulfilling Opportunity for Dental Hygienist in an Amazing Organization.

We offer our patients comprehensive dental care in a caring and compassionate environment. Our company has been in San Antonio since 1988, and we build amazing, long-term relationships with our patients and their families.
We are seeking a Hygienist to help our clinical team deliver excellent oral care to our awesome patients.
The ideal candidate has a passion for serving the special needs population, and experience working in a caring, professional environment. Key characteristics include high personal motivation, strong teamwork orientation, and excellent communication skills. Above all, we need candidates with a passion for serving people with disabilities, who will demonstrate the initiative to go above and beyond in order to help create great experiences for our patients.
Responsibilities:
Deliver clinical excellence in a caring manner
Coordinate with clinical and administrative team to ensure a great patient experience
Necessary Characteristics:
Great at communicating treatment plans with patients and parents
Make patients feel comfortable and JOYFUL in our office
Take photos, encourage parents to share their experiences with friends, including through social media
Be a leader through your example, for our assistants and other team members
Job Physical Requirements:
Standing and moving for up to 8 hours a day
