Job Description
Registered Dental Hygienist – Small Private Office | Serving Our Community for 30+ Years
About Our Office:
We are a long-established private dental practice that has proudly served our community for over 30 years. Our small, tight-knit team (fewer than 10 people) values integrity, teamwork, and patient-centered care. We take pride in doing what’s right for our patients—never cutting corners—and creating a calm, supportive environment for both patients and staff.
About the Role:
We’re seeking a self-sufficient, dependable, and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team on Tusedays, Wednesdays, and/or Fridays.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in autonomy, values quality care, and enjoys truly partnering with the dentist and team—not just working for one.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and patient education skills
A caring and professional demeanor—especially with patients who experience dental anxiety
Ethical, detail-oriented, and committed to providing care that’s needed, not just profitable
A true team player willing to help where needed, from sterilization to lending a hand at the front desk if a schedule change occurs
A dependable person who wants to work in a drama-free, supportive, and growth-minded environment
Why You’ll Love Working Here:
Autonomy to provide the best possible care
A collaborative, respectful, and low-stress team culture
Patients who have trusted us for decades
A dentist who values your professional input and partnership
If you’re looking for a small, patient-focused office where you can make a meaningful impact and be part of a genuinely supportive team — we’d love to meet you.
Job Type: Part-Time (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and /or Fridays )
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years
Pay: Competitive and commensurate with experience
Pay: From $70.00 per hour
Benefits:
Dental insurance
Employee discount
Flexible schedule
