Registered Dental Hygienist – Small Private Office | Serving Our Community for 30+ Years

We are a long-established private dental practice that has proudly served our community for over 30 years. Our small, tight-knit team (fewer than 10 people) values integrity, teamwork, and patient-centered care. We take pride in doing what’s right for our patients—never cutting corners—and creating a calm, supportive environment for both patients and staff.
About the Role:
We’re seeking a self-sufficient, dependable, and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team on Tusedays, Wednesdays, and/or Fridays.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in autonomy, values quality care, and enjoys truly partnering with the dentist and team—not just working for one.

Strong communication and patient education skills
A caring and professional demeanor—especially with patients who experience dental anxiety
Ethical, detail-oriented, and committed to providing care that’s needed, not just profitable
A true team player willing to help where needed, from sterilization to lending a hand at the front desk if a schedule change occurs
