Job Description
Our office is looking for a motivated Dental Hygienist to join our team! The ideal candidate should have competent hygiene skills and interact with patients and staff in a professional and kind manner. This position is part time to start, variable 1-2 days Monday-Thursday, from 9:00 AM-6:00 PM. (Our office is closed on Fridays to patients.)
You will be working in an environment with state of the art technology that is always evolving to provide the most current and effective care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform prophylaxis and periodontal cleanings.
- Take relevant X rays and make recommendations to the team on potential treatment.
- Proactively assign hygiene maintenence schedules for patients.
- Set up and break down hygiene room, and other patient rooms as needed.
- Sterilize appropriate instruments and technology.
- Be a warm and friendly presence for patients.
- Must have good communication and team skills to work with the rest of our team, and must be able to work in a time efficient manner.
License/Certification:
Registered Dental Hygienist License or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $75.00 - $85.00 per hour
