Schedule
Monday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
One-hour lunch each day
Optional Friday hours available one (sometimes two) Friday(s) per month: 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures
Obtain and review dental radiographs as needed
Conduct periodontal assessments and charting – all adult new patients receive full periodontal charting; all adult recare patients are charted once per year because we believe soft tissue health is a cornerstone of oral health
Educate patients on oral health and home care
Assist in treatment planning with the doctors
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Provide exceptional patient care and customer service
Support a positive, team-oriented environment
Strong attention to detail. Essential for accurate assessments, charting, financial explanations, and ensuring thorough cleanings.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Help maintain patient flow, and keep treatment rooms well organized.

Qualifications
Active Ohio Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality care
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
New graduates are encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits
Pay based on experience; discussed during interview
Prorated personal/vacation time after 90 days
After 1 year:
Up to 2 weeks vacation based on average work week
24 hours personal time annually (rollover available)
401(k) retirement plan after 1 year with up to 3% employer match
